Tilda Ballerina

I had not realised how long it's been since my last post but I seemed to have a no time to craft just lately. Today I have sat down and made this card with one of the new releases from Magnolia and thought It would fit with the theme over on Just Magnolia which is anything goes. The stamp is Ballerina Tilda and the papers are magnolia too and are part of the fairytale collection and when they came into the shop( Sir Stampalot) it took me a while to decide which ones I wanted because they are all so fab. I have used my copics to colour with and also used glitter for sparkle. The stars are made from a sizzix die and I have used my loopy punch.
I am now going to see if I have time to colour another image, it is very quite in the house this evening because my daughter has gone away today till Friday on a school trip and I am missing her already so need to keep busy lol.

Just magnolia challenge

Been a while between posts but with kids off school we have been having a bit of family time and the weather here is lovely for a change. I do love when the kids are off school , life seems a bit more chilled out with no school run and packups and time to do things that you usually put off doing through lack of time. Now I did find time to do the challenge on Just Magnolia this week which was to include punches within your card making and I have used a few on the flowers and butterfly, there is also a border underneath but you can hardly see it so maybe it was bit of a waste of card lol. I have used distress inks to colour with and gone very pink with my papers and flowers.
bye for now Louise

Princess Tilda

First the pirates and now the princess , the new stamps from the fairytale collection are stunning and available for pre order from Sir Stampalot and I for one cannot wait till they get to the shop. This little lady was coloured with distress inks again and lots of glitter and gems where added for a bit of bling. The papers are all magnolia and the flowers are made from retro flower punches and sprayed with glimmer mist.

Ahoy Pirates

I so love these new Pirate stamps from magnolia which are available to pre order from Sir Stampalot and was so pleased to get a chance to have a play this week. I decide to make a step card so I could create a scene and with a bit of ripping and tearing the sand and sea was sorted. I also got out my cricut which has been gathering dust a bit and used my paper doll cart for the ship, palm tree and the treasure chest. I have coloured the stamped images with my distress inks for a change and because I love the new colours and wanted to play with them lol.

Well I best go and I hope you all have a lovely Easter and get to eat lots of chocolate because I know I will!
