Cooking up a storm

This week on Cupcake the theme is 'Cooking up a storm' so we want to see anything cooking or food related in your projects and you could stand a chance of winning a fab prize from Baby Bud designs and also the chance to win the monthly prize from Little Claire designs.

On my card this week I have used this cute Lala land stamp and have coloured with copics.

I have used my grand nesties to make the card base and used kraft card.

 The tag is magnolia and the sentiments from a Hero arts set.

I have also used my cooking background stamp that is by creative impressions and I have got so much use out of and that makes me feel better when I know a stamp is used a lot it makes up for the ones I have not used much at all lol.

Copic colours I have used are E50,E51 and E53 for the hair,and E40,B0000,B000,B00.B02 for the clothes.

Molly Blooms at the seaside

My card for today is one I did at the weekend and is using the new Molly Bloom stamps that are available from Sir Stampalot.

I just so love these summery stamps and they stamp beautifully.

I have used my grand nesties to make the card base and the aperture and then coloured my images with copics the colours are:

A Sketch for you this week

                 The challenge this week on Cupcake is a fab sketch that the lovely Lisa designed for us and was great to use and if you pop over to Cupcake you can see the sketch and read about the fab prizes you can win this week from Crafty Emma's store and Tickled pink stamps.
                 I have used one of the cute Teddybo images again I just so love these but then I do adore Teddy bears I have never grown out of them and have quite a few sat in my bedroom. I have used the Martha Stewart vintage lace punch around the page set to make the base and some of the new magnolia Papers that I got from Sir Stampalot and are totally yummy just love those bees.

Yummy strawberries

This is one of the new Magnolia stamps and I just had to get her because I love strawberries and going to pick them with my kids and she is cute also.

I have coloured my image with copics and used two Art impression stamps to stamp the path and the foliage and then added lots of flowers, the papers are bo bunny just so loving these papers at the moment.

Cupcake Boy,oh Boy, oh boy

       Now with Fathers day looming soon the challenge on Cupcake this week is for Men or boy themed cards and I have gone for a boy card just because I love this la La land stamp. The sponsor for this week is Funky farm scrapbook farm and they are offering one lucky person a £10.00 voucher to spend in the store.        On my card I have used grand nesties to make the base and the little red frame and used some neglected eyelets (not used any for ages) . The barrel and anchor is a Magnolia stamp but went well with the La la land pirate and the image is coloured with copics.           I am just getting back into crafting after my holiday and trying to catch up on blogging and commenting I did miss my computer a bit but had a fab holiday even if I did come back with a very bruised/broken toe from my middle child trying to break dance and landing on my foot lol. Luckily for me it was on the last evening and did not spoil the fun.
      

      

Butterfly wishes

There is a new challenge blog starting for the gorgeous Bilmalarna stamps and I Just fell in love with this cute stamp when it came out.

 I coloured the image first which I do not normally do and then no papers seemed to match which is surprising since I could decorate my house from top to bottom with the papers I have!

 So I went for all white on the base which I have seen done quite a lot lately on blogs,

a word of warning on this one eating chocolate biscuits while putting you card together is not a good idea

which I found out and had to do my base again.

The stamp I have used is Little winged friends and the base was made using a Marta Stewart round the page set. The sentiment is a greeting farm set called Butterfly Wishes and the little Butterflies are from another Martha Stewart punch.

Penny Black favourite stamp

This month on Penny Black at Allsorts we want you to use your favourite Penny Black stamp and we  have some gorgeous prizes you can win.

For my card I have gone with the cat in the bra, I just love this stamp and have used it a lot. I have done a bit of decoupaging on some elements to give it a bit of lift 'lol' and have used my Martha Stewart punches to create the border around the card. I have used lots of pearls and made it very girlie but in blue for a change.
