Daydream Believer

This week on Polka Doodles we want to see a number on your card so I have made this card for a little girl and used a S.w.a.l.k stamp for my main image.
The papers are from the All around and everywhere C.d which is very cute.
I have coloured my image with copics:

Apple pip

Over on the Sugar bowl blog  is a fab sketch for the latest challenge and I thought I would have a go because I have just got this cute stamp and was desperate to ink it up.
I have used copics to colour with and the papers are First edition 'Desert bloom'.
The flower are bought flowers but the leaves are spellbinders 'foliage'.

If you go down in the woods..........


On Cupcake Craft Challenge this week the theme is 'if you go down in the woods' and your card needs to include a bear.
The prize this week is 4 digital images from Sassy Studio Designs and do not forget about the chance to win the monthly prize of £15 voucher to spend at Bunny Zoe's crafts.
I have gone for this cute Milton bear stamp for my card and coloured it with copics. I have kept the card simple and just added a Martha Stewart border and ribbon.

Distress it


This week on Polka Doodles we would like to see your cards with distressing on.
I have gone for this sweet girl from the new mini Cd rom called 'Pretty Sweet' and the papers are from the Cd also,it was hard to choice which to use because the papers are beautiful.
I have coloured my image with copics and used distress inks around the edges and my scissors to rough up the edges.I did have a tool to do the distressing with once but it disappeared into the craft abyss and have not seen it for ages lol.

Purple and Black

This week on Cupcake Craft we want to see Black and Purple only, although you can use skin and hair colours but I decided to go for black and purple hair also lol.

Gorjuss Girl


Just a quick post this morning to show you this Gorjuss girl card I made.
I have used my grand nesties to make the easel card and the papers are by Echo park,
I have made the flowers using a Marianne creatable die and just popped a pearl in the centre.
The card was made for a article in creative card making a few issues back that featured the Gorjuss girl stamps.

Something to do with school

Molly Blooms Santa

Another Christmas card from me which is surprising because I do not normally start this early but I did notice the shops town are starting to get the festive bits in.
My children are all back at school and I am missing them being around already but it does mean I can get a little me time to craft in the day time which is lovely.
The new Molly blooms Christmas stamps are now out and I love this Santa he looks like he's been very busy.
Retailers selling the stamps can be found here and the complete collection is gorgeous.
I have used my grand nesties for the card base and the Poinsettias and tree branch are Marianne creatable.
I have also used 'Silent' night stamp from magnolia in the background.

Setting the scene

This week on Polka Doodles we want to see your scenes so I have gone for a snowy one. I have used the Magical Winter part two Cd and used a background that is already coloured but printed the bear and log in black and white so I could use my copics to colour.
I have used lots of glitter to create a winter scene and glossy accents for his nose.

Patchwork


On the Cupcake Craft Challenge this week we want to see patchwork on your card and for taking part one lucky person will win  $20 gift voucher from Simon Says stamp.There is also a chance to win the monthly prize of a £15 gift voucher to spend at Bunny Zoe's.
For my card I have used one of the digi images from Wee Stamps called Sweet Blossom and coloured her with copics. The papers are from My Minds eye and called lost and found and I love them all in the 6x6 pad so with the theme being patchwork I got to use quite a few designs from the pad lol.

Autumn Leaves

It is definetly a bit chilly in the mornings now and I have gone for a Autumn card made by using the cute girl on the Magical winter Cd (part one ). I have teamed her up with leaves from the Sundae of Seasons Cd and used my Nestability dies to make the base.

Get ahead for Christmas

This month on http://pennyblackatallsorts.blogspot.com/ we have the theme 'Get ahead for Christmas' and there is some fab prizes to be won just pop over and have a look.
I have gone for this stamp that I have had years but still love and drag out every year,it is so easy to colour in and I just love the cute snow family.
I have used a Martha Stewart round the page punch set and also some spellbinder dies for the all the snow effects.
My copic colours are Bg000,Bg11,Bg13,C00,C1,C3.
Now it did seem a bit odd taking a picture outside in the the sunshine of a Christmas card lol.
